University of Leeds Open Books is committed to ensuring that our open educational resources are accessible to all learners, including disabled learners. We believe that education should be inclusive, and we strive to remove barriers to learning by following recognised accessibility standards and best practices.

As part of the pre-publication process, the University of Leeds Libraries Open Education Resources Team used AI-assisted tools to help identify and address accessibility, copyright and licensing issues and to support other quality-assurance checks, with human oversight throughout.
