Your facilitators may wish to obtain evidence of providing support to learners on your course. Help them to make the most their involvement by explicitly connecting their support to the skills they have developed by taking part. Consider creating a certificate that recognises their efforts and encourage them to add the certificate to their LinkedIn profile, if they have one, or update their CV to include their participation.
