Organisers

We have developed a FailSpace grid, which is available as a spreadsheet. This will enable us to:

  • define what failure and success looks like from an organisers’ perspective,
  • reflect on what could have worked better,
  • identify opportunities for improvement during future Jams.

You can access the completed FailSpace grid – organiser’s evaluation spreadsheet for the Social Justice Jam: Spaces for Change event.

Evaluation outputs

The following outputs were planned to share the evaluation with funders, the institution and the wider academic community:

  • Highlight > Infographic.
  • Capturing the participant and facilitator experience > Short video clips.
  • Key observations > Presentation.
  • Lessons learnt > Short report.

Academic output > Articles for publication based on an approved research project (Ref 1669) to study the  lived experience in the Jam, Open and Block prototype courses.
