45 Facilitator and participant perspective
To evaluate the experiences of facilitators and participants, think about the key areas that would be most useful to receive feedback on. Be mindful that any form you use should not only be accessible, but also allow non-mandatory responses and aid quick completion.
It’s a good idea to include a mix of open and closed questions. Furthermore, explore if you can use analytics to provide the data that is most useful to evaluate your jam. You can work with the Digital Education Service (DES) to explore this further. Refer to the examples in Appendix 7: Evaluation exemplars.
