I used GenAI in the context of creating a visual storyboard by using Adobe Express and ChatGPT. I utilised its AI-driven image generation tools to produce highly specific and relevant visuals that matched the narrative I had in mind. This included customising details such as outfits, mood lighting, hair colour, skin tone, age, and gender of the characters to ensure they accurately represented the story’s themes and emotions. By fine-tuning these visual elements, I was able to convey subtle nuances in tone and character, resulting in a compelling and cohesive storyboard. The final product was extremely successful, with the images aligning perfectly with my creative vision and clearly communicating the intended message.
I used GenAI through Adobe Express and ChatGPT by inputting detailed text prompts to generate images for a storyboard. For each scene, I carefully described all the visual elements I needed. This included the setting, environment, main and side characters, their outfits, hair colour, skin tone, age, gender, and the mood or lighting of the scene. I made sure every image aligned closely with the story I was telling. If the AI-generated image didn’t match my vision, I revised and expanded the prompts with even more specific details to improve accuracy. This iterative process allowed me to create a visually consistent and expressive storyboard that successfully conveyed the emotions, tone, and narrative I intended.

It allowed me to quickly understand complex topics by breaking them down into simpler explanations, generating examples, or even creating visual aids. GenAI can act as a tutor, answering questions in real time, adapting explanations, and offering instant feedback. It also supports creativity and critical thinking by helping students brainstorm ideas, explore different perspectives, and simulate real-world scenarios. Overall, GenAI encourages more independent, efficient, and engaging learning experiences.
