I use GenAI across various contexts, including academic research, professional work, and idea generation. In academic research, it assists me in summarising complex articles, explaining difficult concepts, and analysing data, helping me to ensure both accuracy and efficiency. Professionally, I rely on GenAI to brainstorm ideas, draft and refine emails, and adjust tone depending on the audience, making my communications more effective and polished. Additionally, GenAI plays a key role in generating creative ideas for projects, allowing me to explore different perspectives quickly. The ability it has to support tasks, such as summarising information and automating parts of my workflow, has significantly increased my productivity. By integrating GenAI into my daily work, I have been able to save time, enhance the quality of my outputs, and work more efficiently. Overall, GenAI has become an essential tool for improving my research, communication, and creative processes across both academic and professional settings.
